Questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes. You won’t be charged until the 14-day trial ends, and you can cancel before then from the Billing page.
What happens if I cancel?
Your records stay available to view, print and export, but you can’t add new updates. You can reactivate anytime, or delete your account and all its data from the Billing page.
What if I run out of storage?
You’ll see a warning at 90%. Add 25 GB for $9.99 a month, or delete photos you no longer need.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Every job can be printed or saved as a PDF report, and exported as a record file.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in your phone’s browser, with no app to install. Use it on site to take photos and capture GPS.
