This policy explains what Facilities One LLC collects through JobProLog and how it’s used.

What we collect

Account details: your name, business name, email address and a securely hashed password.
Your records: projects, addresses, client names, notes, tasks, photos and documents you upload, and GPS coordinates you choose to capture.
Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and billing contact, not your full card number.
Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and request times, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

Only to provide and secure the Service, process payments, send account emails such as password resets and billing notices, and respond to you. We don’t sell your information or use your records for advertising.

Cloudflare: hosting and file storage
Stripe: payments
Resend: account emails
U.S. Census Bureau, Geoapify and OpenStreetMap (Nominatim): address lookup, receiving only the address or coordinates being looked up
Google Fonts: page fonts

How long we keep it

Your records are kept while your account exists. Deleted projects are removed 30 days after deletion; earlier versions of a project are kept for 30 days. When you delete your account, your records and files are deleted immediately. Billing records are kept by Stripe as required for tax and accounting.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, each account’s records are kept separate, and passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

Your choices and rights

You can view, export, correct or delete your records in the app, and delete your account from the Billing page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access or delete your personal information. Contact us to use them.
